Description

Fall outs from migration to Phabricator must be addressed

Patch Solus build page to support new URIs
Patch buildwrap.py in common to support new clone locations
Assert that every repo we want to keep is actually retained.
Remove references to old git server from existing packages
Create a "quick start" on getting arcanist set up on Solus
