Odd permissions on autostart folder
Closed, ResolvedPublic

The folder ~/.config/autostart has permissions -wxrw---t, which, along with being a confusing set of permissions (what is t?), prevents me from settings applications to auto start on login. Gnome tweak tool does not return any errors on trying to add applications to autostart, but closing and opening tweak tool shows an empty list again.

This occurs with a newly installed system using the latest Budgie .iso

Yeah that is odd. Do you happen to know who/what is creating that directory?

I thought it was the Gnome Tweak Tool, but after a short hiatus with Arch Linux and a reinstall of Solus, autostart has the correct permissions and seems to work fine....

I don't recall doing any weird things with permissions or copying the .config folder from any other Linux distro, so I'm not sure what caused the issue in the first place.

This is resolved, I guess?
