Code::Blocks wxSmith plugin missing

Description

wxSmith plugin is missing from the Code::Blocks. It is there on other distributions by default, so I am not sure is this a bug or I need to install some extra package to enable it.

This doesn't pass our package inclusion policy (since it isn't part of Code::Blocks but rather a separate project):

  1. It is dead-on-arrival, hasn't been updated in almost 7 years.
  2. Doesn't pass our 2-Distro Waiver.
