1. pkgconfig should be stated first.
2. Unnecessary quotes around $workdir and $version. That being said, you should be utilizing extract: no and handling the extraction rather than doing that workdir copy.

All patches marked as "Awaiting Fixes", that haven't been corrected, will have to be re submitted via Diffusion.
