Why should this be included in the repository? Because Pushbullet is super cool! With this app you get notifications from your phone on your desktop, you can send and receive SMS messages from your desktop(Android only), and send and receive files from your phone or computer, to name a few.
Is it Open Source: Yes
How many users do you anticipate will use this software? I will, and I think any Solus user that uses Pushbullet would like to use this app. I used to use PBIndicator when I was on Ubuntu and I know that was a fairly popular application on Ubuntu and its derivatives.
