As per bug report, jp2-load.so is the jasper plugin, and then it wanted raw-load.so also before it would start.
It shows an error with not finding files, but according to the source code that is likely cause I have mangled tracker settings (cause I don't want it!) which it uses to detect pictures. It did show pictures in Album
Add patch this time!

Thanks for the patch! I went ahead and landed it, then proceeded to do a rebuild to ensure the pspec history was reflective of the current release.
