Why should this be included in the repository?: ffe provides a convenient way to format flat files. Since CSV files are the least common denominator for the majority of analysis software, ffe allows you to take output from multiple sources and convert it into a common presentation format.

How many users do you anticipate will use this software?: 283 (Kidding aside, this should appeal to the data analysis / data science crowd)
