Landed in unstable with a few fixes:

1. Downcased the name to match the upstream
2. Moved the package to 'office' like gnome-dictionary
3. cmake should be in the setup phase even if build is empty
4. While make is not required to be added to the build phase, it makes it easier to track whether a build failed while compiling or installing
