Currently AFAIK there is no graphical tool to allow you to easily share folders over the network in Solus Budgie.
This extension adds folders to the samba usershare which is mostly cross-platform agnostic.

Some manual configuration of samba is required to enable usershares to allow this to work.
Read the parent task to learn how to configure samba to enable usershares.

Other projects, such as Fedora, have also "retired" nautilus-share, given it hasn't seen a release since 2009, dating the change clear back to 2011
