This requires Qt4 with Webkit support, which is currently unavailable. The developer is currently working on porting Anki to Qt5, which we do have Webkit support for. The other option is rebuilding Qt4 for Webkit support, which is out of my league.
I will keep an eye out for when the Qt5 build is live and will promptly build and submit a package.
Out of interest looks like they are making good progress on the port to Qt5.
The latest alpha builds are running on Qt5.

The Anki development build seems to be stable - [GitHub page] (https://github.com/dae/anki)
As soon as version 2.1 will leave beta, it can be packaged.

I am removing myself from this task as I am current;y unable to allocate time for packaging or work outside of my current schooling and professional demands.
Hi! Just wanted to bring attention to the fact that Anki just released a new stable version. Would love to see an update in this!
@Vitorvlv the 2.0 series is the stable release. 2.1 series is beta. Until a new non-beta release is issued, this still relies on qt4-webkit which has been deprecated for security reasons.
It seems to be released proper "Anki 2.0 is the previous stable release", "Anki 2.1 was released recently." from the main website.
I've created a package for version 2.1.6-beta2. Works fine with current Qt now. I'm waiting for the stable release to create a diff.
