32bit efi for install ISO

Description

I am submitting this as a feature request to include a 32bit efi in the install ISO. I have a lenovo ideacentre stick 300 which has 32 bit bios and a 64bit processor. Booting from the install USB fails. Thanks for your consideration.

We currently use goofiboot for booting and will move to systemd-boot for all UEFI booting.
This doesn't support the EFI handover protocol for the Linux kernel (which calls ExitBootServices itself)
so as a result we're not able to boot in mixed modes.
