Aisleriot and its dependencies
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

After I installed Aisleriot I have 2 new apps in menu: Aisleriot and PySol Fan Club Edition. Nothing happens when I'm trying to launch the PySol app, Aisleriot is working. I found out that pysolfc and pysolfc-cardsets package are the dependencies of Aisleriot. Everything is OK and I am overthinking it?

Likely are overthinking it. Pysol is card games in it's own right. It is currently fixed in unstable https://git.solus-project.com/packages/pysolfc/commit/?id=3461f9056edfa3782e949959fb0b3d9535db1047 as someone mentioned it in the forums (so pysol will open from the menu after update).

Aisleriot can utilise parts of it to use within it's app (mainly cardbacks) so it doesn't have to implement the same thing again themselves.

OK, now I understand. However, for me it's kinda strange to see another card game as Aisleriot's dependency. I've never seen it before on any distro; another cardsets have been used. Morover, pysolfc hasn't been upgraded for a long time, and you know that Solus package policy is opposed to put outdated software in the repos.
