Currently testing the patch and its working perfect for me.

You have redundant pkgconfigs, such as declaring gstreamer-1.0 when you have gstreamer-pbutils-1.0. Please clean up the redundancies (look via eopkg info at the -devel and see what -devel packages they depend on). They're also not alphabetized / sorted.
