budgie-panel crash when opening menu

Description

Consistently whenever I hit super while raven is open budgie-panel disappears but the process doesn't return and continues to spew out the normal GTK errors.

Given this is a Budgie bug (one likely already fixed in upcoming 10.2.7 however), it should be filed here.

Since this is budgie specific and reported as a github issue, I'm closing this. We'll take a look at this for sure, just no sense having duplicates.
