I think this is the correct tarball for latest version: https://github.com/conformal/xombrero/archive/XOMBRERO_1_6_4.tar.gz

But sadly the latest release was in Feb 17, 2015.

This hasn't seen an update in over a year or a single commit in 6 months. At this point I would say it is abandoned and ineligible for inclusion.
