@underskore Please leave the Triaging to the Triage Team. It's an open-source program that can be packaged. We will decide whether or not it will be in due time. There are plenty of things on github that have pre-compiled binaries that you could just download and run. That's a weak argument for exclusion, as not all binaries are created equal.

Per the policy, this needs to be accepted into both the Debian/Ubuntu repos (PPAs don't count) and the OpenSUSE Stable repo to be eligible for inclusion.

Ah I see, didn't know there is a new policy.
