Cannot set hot key for opening a terminal
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

This isn't a bug, but it's odd. Under System Settings > Keyboard > System, there is an option for "Show the run command prompt", but nothing for bringing up an actual terminal. There's nothing under "Launchers" either. I tried to do this as a custom shortcut as well, but could not get it to work.

You set it under Custom Shortcut. (Read Below)

I tried to do this as a custom shortcut as well, but could not get it to work.

You set the Name as whatever you like, such as Gnome Terminal, then the Command as gnome-terminal. After that, you click to the far right of the row, it'll say New accelerator. You enter the keyboard shortcut combination you want there. I've done this for the Terminal, I have it set to Ctrl+Alt+T.
