Why should this be included in the repository?: This is the newest version of the discord client and marks the first official stable release of a linux discord client, which should mean it gets added to the third party repository.

How many users do you anticipate will use this software?: It's a very popular gaming voice chat service and is used by a huge number of gamers over mumble, skype, and teamspeak. It's very quickly becoming more and more popular so I think that it will be used by a wide number of users since Solus is definitely a gamer friendly OS.
