Description

So, thanks to some trouble shooting, was able to get a working build of compiz for use with the mate-desktop package. This will get things setup for users.

I thought the devs were opposed to include Compiz and Compton in the repos as they weren't updated for a long time...

@Shrug 3700 lines inside this patch, that may something to do with it. :D
