Terminal Zoom-In shortcut "Ctrl-+" not working

Description

The Zoom-In shortcut key "Ctrl-+" not working. It puts "=" in the screen other than carry the "Zoom-In" action.
The Zoom-Out shortcut key "Ctrl--" works fine.

Here is the version info:
$ cat /etc/lsb-release

So this is kinda silly, but the binding should actually be ctrl-= if you want it to work that way. ctrl-shift-+ works because the literal '+' character is only accessed via shift.

You can change this in Preferences -> Shortcuts.
