I use Google-Chrome to watch Netflix, however, while watching YouTube in full screen it locks. I use dual screen and watch vids on screen two. While watching a video I can still chat in HexChat but it's the only program I have access to, I lose access to clicking on anything on the desktop.

Using Firefox however, seems fine in full screen and Netflix on google-chrome in full screen is fine but not YouTube in full screen.
