Here is a patch for getxbook, a collection of tools to download books from Google Books, Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

The README included within the source package is border line paranoia - however, each to their own.
The problem is actually the LEGAL file, included in the tarball, also visible @ https://github.com/phracker/getxbook/blob/master/LEGAL
The author has taken it upon themselves to become a lawyer in this matter, it would seem, whilst freely reinterpreting the terms of service
for several major corporations, comparing the functionality of downloading assets from these corporations while bypassing their proper methods
with that of robots.txt, for indexing purposes (note how one of these corporations *is* a search engine) - and deciding nothing applies to the
project, because robots.
It makes me incredibly wary of the package and I think anyone would do best to avoid packaging this, as it looks like the landmine that it is
in terms of legal issues.
Sorry, but I have to reject this, mostly because I don't want to wake up on Monday with a court summons.
