The latest client version has to be compiled from source - http://s1.wiz.cn/share/s/3mLsGd3oq4Fx2S2Ljy0cQrsU1nBatL2AEAEv2wxMw22B-q7d
Compiler reports the following error. Since I'm not proficient at QT, maybe one of you guys could take a look.
/WizTeam/WizQTClient/cmake/QtChooser.cmake:1: error: By not providing "FindQt5.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "Qt5", but CMake did not find one. Could not find a package configuration file provided by "Qt5" with any of the following names: Qt5Config.cmake qt5-config.cmake Add the installation prefix of "Qt5" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set "Qt5_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "Qt5" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed. lib/quazip/CMakeLists.txt:6 (include)
Martin, I've finally managed to get the code to compile. I could send you the package if you want to try it out.
@Konig8472 Thanks, Daniel. Wiznote looks like a good find. I will wait until this is officially packaged.
@feskyde @Konig8472 I have contacted the Wiznote support team in Beijing and their development team is currently evaluating a new release on GitHub. Why this needs to be evaluated is, however, unclear to me. Do you have any updates from your side or a patch to upload here? Otherwise, I would suggest moving this to 'Awaiting Package Upgrades'.
@elliot1729 I have made another request on their GitHub page (https://github.com/WizTeam/WizQTClient/issues/457) and today they have released v2.5.1: https://github.com/WizTeam/WizQTClient/archive/v2.5.1.tar.gz
I believe you made the "early inclusion" request on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/SolusProject/comments/65bdtw/request_early_inclusion_of_the_wiznote_package/
@JoshStrobl will probably move it to the 'Accepted for Inclusion' board if the new package meets the requirements.
