Description

Name - Whipper
Reason for inclusion - Whipper is a CD ripper designed to prefer accuracy over speed. It is a fork of the abandoned morituri. The current CD ripping tools in the respository are much more basic and don't appear to provide the level of accuracy that whipper does.
Open source - Yes, GPLv3

Still a pre-release @baimafeima, need a stable release.

Typically, we prefer stable tagged releases. However, this may be waived if:
The software has significant traction (i.e. prerelease)

So what do you mean by this? Your not including this because its a pre-release yet the package inclusion policy says that it may be waived if the software has signification traction, what exactly do you consider significant traction? And how do you measure that?
