At this point, we have several other more popular terminal editors. I don't see anything here that really jumps our as "must have" to justify its inclusion.

joe is available in every major Linux distribution and is more feature rich than e.g. emacs or nano. So +1 for including joe.

So to stir diesel onto old flames, saw this crop up on google. This predates the inclusion policy changes by a long long time, and could
very likely be re-evaluated. Mostly because die-hard joe users would kill me otherwise (and its sufficiently different from other CLI
text editors that we have..)
