The same thing happens with hours and minutes, you just don't notice it because it happens less often. The problem is the font not being monospaced.

Another site to report?!
Gosh, that's complicated. When I was searching for 'bugs solus' I ended up on a deprecated bugzilla page. On the solus website I discovered this site and now you're telling me that budgie has a different site to report..
How do I know where to report?

It literally says on the welcome section of the home page where to report Budgie issues. Budgie isn't just specific to Solus and uses GitHub Issues.
