Configs shouldn't be going in /etc/opt. I'm guessing there is a Chrome subdir for this.

According to Chromium's Linux Quick Start the /etc/opt/chrome is default config directory for Chrome.
If there is any difference in Solus Chrome package, then I haven't found it.

Chrome config directory (/etc/opt/chrome/*) can not be changed.
Could it be acceptable to move it into subpackage?

Looking into it more, they are just using a really old path scheme. I'll allow it since Chrome does the same thing. The subpackage is not necessary. I'll fix that though.
