Crash to black screen after Ctrl+Alt+F11

Description

Apparently some distros use this key combo as a terminal login, but no such login comes up. It's just a flashing cursor. Solus is still alive because when I push the power button I see a few OS messages fly by before my laptop shuts down.

It's not a crash, just press Ctrl+Alt+F7.

LOL, that's obviously what anyone would think when confronted with a black screen and a flashing cursor! I wouldn't mind if it said "Here's a black screen for your entertainment. When you get bored, press Ctrl+Alt+F7".
