Brasero Burning Issue

Description

I am having an issue with Brasero when i try to burn an audio CD, It tells me to install cdrecord.
cdrecord is not available in the software center

Can you please fix as urgently need to burn this CD for my Sis. Thanks

Assuming that it doesn't have any ancient requirements and that it is even buildable with modern libraries, there is an updated release from August 2015:

To add to DataDrake's comment, it seems like on the cdrtools home Sourceforge project page, there's builds of old versions as well as slightly newer alpha sources that might be fine for usage with Brasero / other CD writing programs.

Anyway, just wanted to add the little bit of info that I found as well, if needed.

Compiling local to see if it file conflicts with any of other pkg
