I agree with @jemin_jeon regarding T1497 and Noto Sans CJK. Could we re-open this issue here?

There is a github repository with versioned archives : https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-cjk/releases the source file weight 1.6Gb
Also the repo contains either .otf or .ttc (TrueType Collection) files. So unless we convert the last ones into .ttf, I guess it would make more sense to name the package font-noto-cjk
