If it is maintained on a regular basis, I think having a few Arc derivatives would be nice. For instance here is a Grey theme: https://github.com/eti0/arc-grey-theme. Notice though that it's a number of commits behind the upstream as is the Red theme above. Just a couple of thoughts to keep in mind if it's going to be packaged.
