Unable to use keyboard to enter FDE password after boot.

Description

Fresh install, keyboard input not being read when prompted for a LUKS password at boot time. Have Nvidia graphics cards, tried nomodeset, nosplash, no quite in grub options. History of this occurring in Ubuntu with Plymouth, however, Solus does not use it. Out of ideas. Thanks.

Not relevant at all. This is a desktop, there is no "internal" keyboard.

if you set your keyboard in a layout diffrent from English, you fall in this case.
