PS and XPS support for Evince

Description

There is PS and XPS support missing in Evince. PS needs libspectre >= 0.2.0 (thisneeds libgs headers to build, which are in ghostscript-devel package in repo). XPS needs libgxps >= 0.2.1 (this needs libarchive-devel, turbojpeg-devel and liblcms2-devel to build properly).

libspectre can also be used to add PS support to zathura, so I'll take a look into this.
