Dependency of Easy Effects, some effects are unavailable without it making software incomplete.

Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software?
About anyone who use EE. Since Pulse Effects is meant to retire, their users are expected to switch to EE. Thus this would include all the current PE users as well.
