After updating xrdp to version 0.9.21, my connection stopped being established. The logs pointed to an outdated xorgxrdp package. Most likely, this would solve my problem, but I can't check, because I have crashes during compilation. I can't figure out why, although I installed all the necessary dependent packages from the repository. Most likely, there is still something old left.

Yes, still the problem was xorgxrdp. Now everything is working!

The only change here is that it has a new dependency pkgconfig(pciaccess).
