Description

As of GNOME 3.20 - use of Mutter drives budgie-wm RSS ~150MB, +~25MB X.Org
Noticed mostly in Qemu (modesetting) and nvidia. Some users unaffected.

Even without the increase its too heavy and mandates full GL required just for the desktop, which is
a compositor with a huge arse. Nuke it from orbit.
