@DataDrake recently was working on simplifying the Haskell stack, but I'm not sure how much progress she made with it.

Hi, @DataDrake, would you mind if I upgrade the Haskell stack to 8.10.7? I will not change anything, just rebuild, and if a package doesn't build with the new GHC I'll use its version on Stackage.
