Gonna hate myself for this but I suspect we don't have a choice other than to make it available..

Luckily we use wine-staging already so that's much of the work done

Better source links:

It depends on the Microsoft Core Fonts (for Siverlight), for which I created a pull request some weeks ago on 3rd-Party repository, I can update it or make a package for official repository if needed.

Pipelight has been discontinued, packaging this would be a security risk as well as potentially difficult to maintain against upstream wine changes.
