Currently OTPClient is packaged in the Solus repositories.
I use it with my Solus Phabricator TOTP without any issues (except that the order is not reorganizeable, and it seems to just show all the providers at random, however that has nothing to do with this request, and will get it's own issue It appears that this is due to the version shipped with Solus being old, I'll check whether dependencies have been changed with newer versions, and if not, I'll request a package update).
Closing, since the current version of oath-toolkit in the repos is the most current provided by upstream
