Theme Hospital is a classic strategy game from the 90s where one must build and manage a hospital and cure wacky diseases. Since the game is pretty old there's been developed a new game engine(?) to run the game on modern computers. This is called CorsixTH and can be found as an apt package (e.g. in debian and ubuntu) but is unfortunately yet missing in solus.

Since solus provides similar packages (like openxcom, openjazz & openrct2) I think this would make a nice addition to the list.
Since I've usually just installed the game using a package manager I'm not too certain on specific's but here's atleast some info I dug up:

• Name: CorsixTH
• Homepage (supposedly): https://github.com/CorsixTH/CorsixTH
• Why to include?: as already mention it would complement the 'old games' list solus already has and more importantly there isn't an alternative available on solus atm
• Open source?: Yes, according to their github description
