Looks okay for inclusion but I'm wondering what it can do that other tools such as stress-ng cannot?

There's not much activity going on upstream, since it is an academic project. It is feature complete but it doesn't look like abandoned to me. @ikey I can step in and maintain it, if accepted for inclusion.
