Name: wqy (also called wenqy or wenquanyi) font
Homepage: https://sourceforge.net/projects/wqy/ (English) and http://wenq.org/wqy2/index.cgi (Chinese)
Reason: Currently there are no sufficient fonts for typing Chinese characters. For example, under ibus-rime, one is guaranteed to get an un-displayable character after flipping through 3 selection pages (about 27 characters). Adding wqy to the repository can help resolve this issue, as it is the largest open-source Chinese font collection.
Who will use this: anyone that needs to type Chinese
Open source: yes, GPL-2
Link to source: https://sourceforge.net/projects/wqy/files/latest/download, or maybe this: https://sourceforge.net/projects/wqy/files/wqy-zenhei/0.9.45%20%28Fighting-state%20RC1%29/. I'm not too familiar with SourceForge.
Note: many of the fonts have very old release (some even dating back to 2010), but this is a Chinese font package that doesn't really need upgrades due to its nature.
