Dead symlinks in `gdal` package

Description

The gdal package installs a lot of symlinks in /usr/share/bash-completion, all of which points to /usr/share/bash-completion/gdal. However, /usr/share/bash-completion/gdal no longer exists since the last update. This causes a lot of dead symlinks in /usr/share/bash-completion.

Looks like it's resolved with D12314. However, that diff is part of a massive stack so may be a while before we get to it.
