Update gnome-mpv to 0.15, fixes T7187

Summary:
Updates gnome mpv to the latest version avaliable.
Here is a short summary of the changes:

Set default screenshot directory to XDG_PICTURES_DIR
Improve handling of --window-scale, --autofit, --autofit-larger, and --autofit-smaller
Add command line option for setting WM_ROLE
Add context menu item for removing playlist items
Add context menu item for copying location of playlist items

Test Plan: Played a sample video and verified in the about page that the version is 0.15
