JACK pipewire support and version number correction

Summary:
The commit R4226:55bc395794376e818dafea1bf61cc7adc221d05c updated pipewire to 0.3.25 but it set the version string to 0.35.

Also fixes T9302.

Test Plan: Started the pipewire and pipewire-pulse services, played a Matroska audio file with mpv, compiled and ran a PipeWire .mp3 file playback program with success.
