Test Plan:

• Succesfully rebuild networkx and python-statsmodels.
• Run networkx examples in /usr/share/doc/networkx-2.4/examples/basic/ and see network topology plots in graphs.
• Run some scripts in spyder3 to read some CSV files using python-pandas module and make some charts using matplotlib module.
