Update rednotebook to 2.22

Changelog:

• Add a "Give Feedback" button
• Update MathJax to version 3
• Fix date references in CEF-based HtmlView

• Run rednotebook. Make some notes, insert some pictures and add some files to the note.
• Export notes in TXT, HTML and TEX formats.
• Check spellchecker if working as expected.
