Update simplenote to 1.1.6 & rebuild for cups 2.2.8

Summary: Changelog - You can now sign in with a WordPress account + bug and security fixes.

Test Plan:
Install package, make a note and ensure that I'm still able to edit text, add tags and that all basic functionality works.
