Enable silent boot, bay trail snd-hda-intel

Description

Enable silent boot, bay trail snd-hda-intel

  • Disable early modeswitching with vga=current
  • Disable spam from systemd during startup
  • Disable non-fatal spam from dmesg during startup
  • Have dracut mount / as rw, preventing remount and second fsck
  • Fix T1558 by patching bytmax driver's broken name
  • Organise the patches under intel/

For the silent boot changes, disabling the remount and double fsck jump,
we actually reduce the total boot time by around 450ms (250ms from the
previous change) on a modern Broadwell i7 NUC. On slower systems this
should show considerable gains.

Can any of this be done for the current kernel too, or is it just related to the LTS?
