Update signond to 8.60, which is needed for the new version of signon-plugin-oauth2 to work properly and in turn fixing kio-gdrive

Changes:

• Include sys/types.h for pid_t on FreeBSD
• Implement the application security context at DBus level and when opening an auth session
• Use a git module for the DBus interfaces
• Provide the system and application context with the ACL
• Improve QMake usage
• Fixes to tests

Installed new versions of signond and signon-plugin-oauth2 and used it to setup a new GDrive in Dolphin
